And you right winger conspiracy nuts who thought that those 87,000 new IRS agents were going to go after the middle class and working poor instead of the ultra wealthy like Biden promised, i bet you feel really silly now.

All part of Biden’s plan to go after the cash, barter and underground economy. They will compare reported income to standard of living then impute an income if they think the numbers don’t add up.

Yes he did. Servers in the 80s weren’t reporting squat. The compromise was the 8% of sales rule.
Later, after credit cards were used more, businesses force reported the charge tips on the cards. By law they had to because the money came out of the till.
