Sam Altman, the CEO of ChatGPT creator OpenAI, recently spoke to Forbes in an interview about the future of AI and the development of ChatGPT which Altman hopes could one day “break capitalism.”
OpenAI CEO Sam Altman was recently interviewed by Forbes magazine about the company’s progress and future plans. OpenAI is considered to be the hottest and most scrutinized startup in the rapidly growing generative AI category. In the interview, Altman talked about the company’s journey and its meteoric rise of its first product, ChatGPT. The AI chatbot has proven controversial due to its absurdly woke politicized responses, such as waxing poetic about Joe Biden and demonstrating leftist bias on a wide variety of popular topics.

“call bs on the political bias. Ask it for a positive and negative poem about Biden and Trump.”
I have been using it and see less bias on chatgpt than what inhabits the msm each and every day. Since chatgpt draws from references already biased towards the left one should not be surprised to find leftist biases.
The issue is how it impacts jobs. However it is pointless to whine about it. It’s not going away.
People should consider how to use it to their advantage
Woke AI - bump for later....
It’s woke. Period.
I am talking about physics and religion with ChatGPT and it is clear that it works off the consensus science and religion so that means the science and religion of the Enlightenment as modified by the last 80 years of communist infiltration of academia.
The danger of this sort of AI is that it becomes our arbiter of Truth.
Computers already do that for math. We just trust Excel to do the math for us and to be right.
ChatGPT aims to do that for all thought. Have any question and it will answer it. It will be right most of the time, and we will assume it is right all of the time.
Humans never need to think for themselves again.
Still waiting for an actual scientific analysis of how a gas that comprises 0.4% (four out of every 10,000 gaseous molecules) causes climate change. 🙄
So, does Altman live in a shack and donate all of his money to the poor and oppressed?
Here’s what he said:
Altman also expressed that he’s a capitalist but that the AGI (artificial general intelligence that thinks like humans) could possibly disrupt the current economic system. “I think capitalism is awesome. I love capitalism,” said Altman. “Of all of the bad systems the world has, it’s the best one — or the least bad one we found so far. I hope we find a way better one. And I think that if AGI really truly fully happens, I can imagine all these ways that it breaks capitalism.”
Uh oh, don’t clarify and post the whole thing!! That’ll upset the crowd’s pre-determination.
Isn’t that shocking ....they use capitalism to get rich and destroy capitalism..Bernie sander is charging 90.00 a head to scream about how bad capitalism is....
Capitalism is a meaningless term. There is always Capital, it’s the stuff that gets things done. It’s a question of how Capital is distributed. Is it in the hands of the individual, or concentrated in the hands of a few oligarchs, or the State.
Capitalism is the one system that actually produces new wealth on a regular basis.
Once they have their pile they quite often live in fear that someone else will make more.
Fidel Castro was one of the top twenty wealthiest people in the world when he died. He had no fear of any of his slaves ever becoming more wealthy then he.
Just asked ChatGPT about Planned Parenthood..Gave me the progressives answer to PP..How wonderful it was, how terrific iit is for women...
Well, he is gay.
yes ... IIRC capital and communism were both term coined by Marx. The more accurate terms are free enterprise and command economies.
and he looks it ...
Sort of like the demonRATS love the USA so much they want to destroy it.
What. Ever.

It sounds like he’s more like Churchill, ‘it’s the worst system in the world except for all the others’. I’d love to see something replace capitalism, but I sure don’t expect it to be in after we’re all gone.
