Representative Jamie Raskin (D-MD) said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union” that President Joe Biden’s mishandling of classified documents should not be turned into a “political football.”
Anchor Jake Tapper said, “Comer raises an interesting question, why the president’s lawyers, which do not have security clearance, is doing the searching at the Penn Biden center in Washington, at the president’s Greenville, Delaware, home. Why are they? They don’t have the proper security clearance. Shouldn’t FBI agents or Justice officials actually be doing the searching?”

We would never even have heard about them had the Republicans not won the House, but now that the Republican House plans to investigate, they need a way to justify withholding documents from Congress. This is it.

Trump, who was authorized to declassified and take documents, and who had every right to take them, was raided in a big show of force by the fbi for th3 media tO exploit.
Biden, who was not authorized to take documents, nor to declassify them, took many classified documents, and stored them insecurely, and authorities could hardly care any less, and will do everythig they can, with their special investigator, to cover it up and sweep it under the rug.
Nope, no two-tiered justice system here. Nothing to see, move right along!

That would work for me if the DOJ/FBI had executed early morning raid of the Bidens (Joe, Jim, Hunter, et al) simultaneously to collect ALL evidence. Then served arrest warrants and subpoenas and the whole group and then prosecute them for corruption, treason and tax fraud.
We’ll see how many Democrats leave the politics out of it when, after a legitimate House trial proves the crimes and corruption of FJB, it comes time to vote to impeach and remove FJB from office. Bil Clinton’s committing perjury was about sex, and that’s different than “real” perjury.

The fact that Biden actually stole these documents and kept that a secret for 6 years is never mentioned. If the story about the documents hadn’t been made public, Biden would have never admitted to having them.
