Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA), the chair of the Senate’s Select Committee on Intelligence, demanded a briefing from President Joe Biden’s Justice Department on Tuesday about the stash of classified documents at UPenn reportedly related to Ukraine and Iran and dated between 2013 and 2016.
Warner stated he wanted a briefing on Biden’s mishandling of classified documents related to congressional oversight powers. The requested briefing flies in the face of the media’s decision to downplay the national security breach.

They’re probably trying to figure out how to defuse this situation in a manner that allows them to continue to persecute POTUS45.
Come the 20th it will be less than two years until the next administration. This would give Kamala the chance to run for two full terms.
Seems to me they’re in panic mode.
Warner wants an assessment of just how far this will prevent the Dems from using the same issue against Trump and what measures the DoJ has taken to suppress anything damaging. It’s best to keep your co-conspirators in the loop.
They’ll hold this in reserve so that if the polls look bad a year from now it will be announced that The Big Guy won’t be running because of “Doctor” Jill’s new “health challenges”.
