There’s one big difference between Biden having classified documents and Trump’ which makes Biden’s much more serious.
Trump was president when he took them, a president can do anything he wants with classified documents because he’s the final classifying authority. If he wants to put them on Facebook he can, that’s within the power of his office. That’s the reason the whole charade against him is BS, if he says he declassified them when he was president then that’s the end of it, they were declassified.
Biden was Vice-president at the time and had no such authority. His is a straight up case of those documents are not allowed to be there and they were either mishandled or stolen. That’s prosecutable.
