Kari Lake, the perpetually soft-lit, camera-ready political newcomer from Arizona, may have lost her bid to become the state's next governor, but it's unlikely she'll leave the spotlight.
A Phoenix-area news anchor for 22 years, Lake called it quits in 2021 and decided to go all in on politics. She fended off better-funded, more qualified GOP challengers in the primaries and ran a ground game in the general election in which she regularly made headlines for tearing into fellow reporters and mocking her political opponent.
Lake ran a full Trumpist campaign and pushed a familiar but divisive message that questioned the legitimacy of the country's election system. She also ramped up the rhetoric and peddled conspiracy theories about the border, Mexicans, and crime with a smile. Her fans ate it up.
Despite losing to Democratic rival Katie Hobbs, Lake has positioned herself as an up-and-coming conservative star — which may have been her goal all along.

This is another indication and covert admission that Trump’s policies are conservative superstar winners. Of course we all knew that all along.
This anti-American Yellow Journalist is seeking to divide the Trump/conservative Train and that’s a telling clue to just how dubious of a journalist she is.
We need to focus, focus, focus on election reform and if we can get that done, we can swing the pendulum the other way and turn this nation around.
Kari Lake’s election is a good place to start the election reform. What a big public dent that would make in the fascists’ deliberately false narrative that the elections of 2020 and 2022 were secure.
