Jane Fonda has said she won’t “be around for much longer” in a frank discussion about death.
The 84-year-old announced in September that she had been diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin lymphoma and has now admitted that she’s “not afraid” of the great beyond as she expressed how important it is for celebrities with a platform to talk about urgent causes that they care about.

I see her as someone born lucky who was always trying to put meaning in her life and gravitated to supporting the wrong causes...AKA rich white guilt. I had a friend like that - she always felt sorry for people because she had been lucky.

Sadly, she has outlived many of those waiting to do just that.

Now she enjoys the comforts of this country in her old age, while disparaging this country in her youth and still today. How many suffered because of her betrayal? Judgment is the Lord’s answer.

Drones carrying buckets. Home-made catapults launching liquid-filled balloons. Surgical tubes running down pants legs. High-pressure super-soakers. Long hoses attached to a tanker truck on a hill. Siphons. Yellow blocks of ice melting slowly in the afternoon sun.

A good actress? Respectfully disagree, have you seen her forgettable performance in the forgettable Klute?
This Veteran of the Vietnam War (however never "boots down" in country) never wishes pain or suffering on anyone.
That said, if discomfort and hovering death happens to visit Hanoi Jane, I have little sympathy. I prefer to think instead of the great and brave people she hurt with her aid and abetting an enemy of our fine Nation.
If Fonda made a full apology, I haven't heard it. I once parsed what she said as something like being sorry she was photographed on the North Vietnamese artillery battery.
I and at least most of my fellow Vets will not miss her.
Well im sure that the prisoners of war who suffered tremendously after she bad mouthed them and supported our enemies will be just all broke up about that-
An American POW slipped her a note saying they were being tortured. She gave it to the communists so the POW’s were beaten even harder.
I think she’s the product of leftist indoctrination.
Her personality never seemed hateful, but the left does horrible things while appearing “nice”.
As an actress and media personality I liked her. The China Syndrome is an all time great movie, even though it’s leftist propaganda.
People born after her time don’t realize what an iconic sex symbol she was.

Don’t forget she didn’t just pose on the AA gun, she made propaganda videos featuring our POW’s, and betrayed them when they told her they were being tortured.
