Just look around. Voters do not care about the USA anymore. We’ve reached the stage where they all demand a cut of the nations largess. Toast!
Don’t ask me to sacrifice for them

It’s not about the nominee...it’s about election integrity and issues in those states.

Having abortion on the ballot is BIG trouble. It’s not a winning issue for our side. Only God can fix this now.

He being honest. That’s a problem for you because he’s not telling you what you want to hear.

He thinks Trump base support is enough to be nominated but his dislike overall among the electorate means he’s likely to lose again while another Republican isn’t carrying that baggage. Trump’s become our Hillary. Perhaps inevitable as a nominee but inspires people to vote against them and against their endorsements. We don’t want to be in that position in 2024.

Trump talks raw numbers of endorsements that won but that hides the forest for the trees. The true test is in the key races where he wasn’t on the bandwagon but his choices became the nominee. In PA, in GA, for example. It looks like any Republican except Hershel would’ve won on election night. He underperformed other statewide Republicans by a hundred thousand votes or more. It’s that a bad candidate or is that Trump pushback? Or maybe yes. Guess we’ll see what happens in the run off. Walker was smart to attack Trump’s PAC for siphoning off money giving only 10 cents per dollar donated for the Georgia runoff towards the campaign and keeping the rest. I like that Trump took a moment to tell people to vote for Hershel during the announcement but it’s anyone’s guess if that helps. It might get Trump fans to the polls but it also might drive anti Trump to the polls as well.

Ok so you think Desantis or anyone else for that matter could win and do it without topping 80 million popular ‘votes’?

How about a yes or no?

That was one of the most astounding posts I’ve ever read here.

In case you hadn’t noticed, Trump has been trying to turn the Republican
Party into the party it is supposed to be. Destroy it?

Google Trump’s accomplishments and read up on what he accomplished
in his four years at the White House web site. It’s truly remarkable what
he accomplished with both parties against him.

He was a very successful businessman who took a business that was $150
billion dollars upside down during the New York real estate downturn in the
late 1980s, to turn it into a thriving international brand worth 100s of
billions in the black.

He became President of the United States. He did a very good job at it.

After all this, you refer back on as him never being rational?

Now you’ve contrived some grand scheme and pinned it on him, as if
you have inside information that he plans a third party run.

Whew, what time do the bars close in your area?

The R candidate could lose by HUGE margins in Calif and NY and still win the electoral count.
Hillary Clinton won Calif 61/31 in 2016. Almost 9 million votes. Won NYS 59/36. She still lost.

And don’t even come on this site claiming that Biden, who couldn’t get fifty people to come out and see him the few times he campaigned, got 81 million votes.

That's not up to you.

I personally know a significant number of people who literally have cut off all contact with anyone who supports Trump. Some lifelong friends, family, etc.. The amount of hatred I've seen towards Trump dwarfs anything I ever saw towards Reagan, Bush, etc..

If you don't think those people were motivated to vote against Trump even if they weren't enthusiastic about Biden, I'd suggest you need to get out more.

Mick Mulvaney: Trump Is not ‘The Only Republican Who Could Lose’

Yup. I get the argument that Trump can't win, but it wouldn't be a walk in the park for any Republican.

Trump has two years to build a GOTV strategery. That must begin NOW. Assuming Lake still goes down, he needs to build a team led by her and add in Zeldin, Dixon, Laxalt, Barnette, Tshibaka, Gov Walker, and DeSantis in an advisory role. Representatives from each state (PA, MI, AZ, WI, NV) to work tirelessly to assess the SITREP in each battleground and how to work within the system and also how to exploit weaknesses. Work on the local levels to get ballot initiatives in 2023 to undo some of the voting systems placed during COVID that are no longer necessary. It can be done but needs to begin in earnest NOW!!!

Don’t be so sure he’ll win the nomination. People forget DJT benefitted from a crowded field in 2020. I think there were 16 candidates. Granted half of them were a sad joke with a less than zero chance (e.g. Graham, Pataki and a few no one heard of before or since). He was winning all-or-nothing delegates with 20 - 25 percent of the votes. Did he ever get 30%? Maybe towards the end when many/most dropped out. Every single primary more voters wanted someone other than Trump. One on one Rubio, Cruz even Christie probably beat him.

One on one against DeSantis......DJT will be crushed.

Who cares what this loser thinks?

Yeah, who would nominate this guy first as Director of the OMB and later as acting White House Chief of Staff?

Libs will do that.

Every one of them.

That is what you expect from them.

That, and those who agree with them.

That will be the challenge to get to 270 electoral votes.

Others are saying Trump is not going to win Wisconsin Michigan or Pennsylvania. Can he get to 270 electoral votes without those three states?

And then what about Georgia and Arizona?

We do have to keep in mind that a presidential election is 51 individual elections, in the 50 states plus the District of Columbia.

I’m not saying Trump cannot win the election of 2024. I’m saying that strong efforts would be needed in these key states to make it happen.

The Senate told the tale. The country is worse off than it was with Carter and the rats actually picked up a seat in the Senate and completely took over a several states for the first time. No Republican can win in 24 the way things stand. I think they let the us have barely have the House for their own reasons.
