There is no way to put him in the presidency now because of fraud that happened long ago. Any more than Nixon can be placed or even noted as an asterisk because of Chicago fraud.
Short of true defiance of the Constitution. In the sense that no such rules exist for handling a train that already left the station (Biden installed).
