Mary Trump predicted Sunday on MSNBC’s “Velshi” that if her uncle, former President Donald Trump, were not the leader of the Republican Party, he would “burn everything down.”
Anchor Ali Velshi said, “What do you think happens here?” Donald Trump wants to be relevant in the face of an election that has done something for him he never wanted: it has proved that he is potentially less relevant, and he thinks he is. Following the reality of the stolen 2020 election thousands of Trump supporters, myself included, begged him to quit the GOP and establish a TRUE second political party for his 80+ million hardcore supporters. This election already shows that the GOP has had a dumpster fire and is already burned down, big time.
What is Pres. Trump doing but trying to destroy the successes that the GOP did have.
Trump had hundreds of positions to fill and weeks to fill those spots.
Trump assumed LIKE MOST OF US - that people in the Republican party would help him choose good people for the sake of the country. Trump didn't know the DC machine doesn't give a damn about the country - but only about their own power.

An alternate explanation - maybe 'the good people' in DC are few and far between. Maybe 'being compromised' is too easy in a place where billions of dollars are up for grabs for the corrupt and quick. Or maybe being 'buttered up' is it's own pleasure for the weak - another way our 'pubic servants' are groomed. L

When I think of what Trump endured, I get sick. Did I tell you I was banned from Twitter the same day Trump was? I never attended a rally. Never used a foul word. Never threatened a soul. Was not at J6. Never tried to get the snakes to see it my way. But I was banned for life with no explanation and 12 appeals denied.

After January 6th, I changed my 40+ years of Republican registration to “no party.” I live in NY, so I can’t vote in primaries, but it was worth dumping the “R”. What would the GOP do if there was a massive registration change among Trump supporters? I would love to see it happen. I no longer want to be associated with a party that stabs its members in the back, and doesn’t respect me enough to care about protecting my ballot from voter fraud. They’ve proven it over, and over again.

I minored in psychology in college. In one of the courses I took all those years ago, I learned that psychiatrists have a high rate of drug and alcohol addiction, and suicide. I can’t imagine it’s changed much.

I learned the same thing in my college psychology class (early 1960s). Just checked and guess what? Physicians and dentists are STILL at the top of the list re suicides!
