I always thought that at birth, an American baby has all Constitutional protections. Apparently not ... at least in the sick, evil minds of abortion enthusiasts.

Were people afraid that babies born too prematurely to survive, or with fatal defects, would be aggressively treated and resuscatated, rather than allowed to die peacefully in their parents’ arms?

Face it. This election demonstrated the disgusting values that a near majority of the American people now hold. The unrestrained barbaric killing of pre born human life and easy access to mind altering marijuana far outweighed inflation, economic decline, crime, energy shortages and demented corruption as a motivation to elect Democrats. The people of Pennsylvania are now beyond the pale having elected a demented, viscous, marxist barbarian to the US Senate. Sorry but there no longer exists a common consensus of values to unite Americans. America is rotting from within.

Montana was trending back to the Right, can’t imagine that the liberals in Bozeman, Billings, Kalispel and Whitefish have the numbers for something like this. Wonder how many college kids were voting.
This proposition was poorly written, and would mandate futile and ruinously expensive heroic measures for babies born with absolutely no hope of survival, even against the wishes of the parents. Plenty of otherwise pro-life voters thought it went too far.
If you need a law to be forced to provide health care for a baby that survives a botched abortion, you’re in deep trouble.
If you vote down that same law, you’re in very deep trouble.
If you’re in Montana and you vote down that law, you’re irretrievable . . .
So if not when they are born, just when exactly do newborns become “legal persons?” andhave Constitutional rights? An hour? A day? A week?

How can someone born alive not be a person? This makes no sense anywhere.
The Dems have been saying for decades that there is no human baby until it comes through the birth canal. So, by their logic, once it is delivered it is a human. Now, they are saying it isn’t a human if the mother doesn’t want it, even after delivery. So, arguendo, at what point during its life does it become human, Dems?
