It is very unlikely that any candidate would have made any difference. If the people of PA were going to vote for a drooling, brain dead man child because of…whatever…they wanted to kill their children with impunity, or they wanted to go total green and freeze in the winter…any different candidate wasn’t going to make any difference whatsoever.
Still, in the worst inflationary condition since the 80s, people are turning out for more of the same. It doesn’t make sense.
Florida and other southern states got it right. This should have translated into a solid night, if not overwhelming night, for the GOP.
Why did people show up to vote for dems? It makes no sense. I can understand if they refuse to vote gop, but to vote dem in light of everything economically going bad? It defies logic.

We should take WI-3, add that to NJ-7, VA-2, IA-3, TN-5, FL-13, FL-7 and probably some others (Arizona maybe, TX-15, OR-5?, Alaska, etc.) and it’s not SUCH a dismal night.
One thing people might start noticing is how few Republican incumbents lost (1): Flores in TX-34. A R-held seat in Michigan is lost too but nearly ALL of the good news in the House for the Rats as far as “pickups” came from their ability to gerrymander states like Illinois in redistricting and NOT by prevailing in areas held by Republicans.
that’s right, there’s no excuse in the world for Pennsylvanians to elect that, unless they all happen to be murderers wanting a pass.
