I wonder if anyone reading this thread tonight has any doubt why Republicans and conservative can’t seem to get their crap together like the democrats do? We’re supposed to be on the same side here but between the gloom and doomers, the piss and moaners, and the mentally unstable you’d never guess it. And this is a conservative forum, think what it would be like if there was true cross section here...

Well, it looks like you were right, Oz seems more likely than not to be coming up short. Although it looks like he’s not the only one tonight. Not sure if McCormick or Barnette would have done any better. I don’t think it helped Oz that Mastriano was totally abandoned by the GOP. He no doubt helped drag down Oz. Who knows, Oz still may rally, but I saw a ton of uncounted mail votes in Chester County last time I looked, and you know who those are for.

Gridlock.

I know I've posted it at least several times here on FR when I said gridlock is GOOD! When FedGov is too busy fighting with each other, they're not effing things up for the rest of us.

I'm completely down with gridlock at this point. Seriously. Always been a big fan of it.

I guess I’ll try to eat. I’lll try to afford heat. I’ll try to keep my current job, or get a new one, in the coming Depression II. I’ll try to keep a gasoline car so I don’t have to wait 4 hours to fill-er-up at a Electric Vehicle Charging Station.

I’m really glad I have no children. I’d hate to leave this America to them.

Apparently He has a plan that includes a deep tribulation for this country.

The late voting strategy takes patience. Looks like Oz may pull it out?

If Oz was “crap” surely the guy who couldn’t even speak in coherent sentences was even crappier?

One would think so, right?

But no.

Partially agree, but it’s not gonna open up the oil spigots. Get ready.

The middle of the roaders get more votes from suburban swing voters. They also have more support from business. Governors have a lot of influence on taxes local conditions, so it pays for execs to vote Republican. Execs who vote for Republican governors often hedge their bets by supporting Democrats for Senate or Congress, and hoping that they aren’t able to do to much damage. That way, they don’t alienate either party.
