A Miami-Dade judge on Friday dismissed charges against a local man who had been caught up in voter fraud allegations...
Circuit Judge Milton Hirsch ruled that the Office of Statewide Prosecutor had exceeded its statutory power....
The dismissal is a rebuke to Gov. Ron DeSantis and the arrests of up to 20 people by the governor's Office of Election Crimes and Security, which was created by state lawmakers to help root out voter fraud.

Here in Ohio you have to prove Intent to commit fraud.
Did you vote more than once?
Yes
Did you intend to commit voter fraud?
No
Dismissed.
“This has to be reversed. Nothing will change permanently until these people are culled from power of any kind.”
The recourse for bad elected judges is the ballot box. The recourse for unethical appointed judges is the impeachment process which is a power state legislatures have for state and local judges and Congress has for federal judges. Unfortunately judges are attorneys and most representatives in Congress and state legislatures are attorneys. The legal profession regulates itself. The members of this club stick together and protect each other.
Not unlike the medical profession where few bad doctors are expelled by licensing boards since doctors and nurses don’t rat on the bad apples.
Arrest the judge for aiding and abetting attempted insurrection.
Lock him up for 2 years and deal with him in 2024.
That’s how it’s done now, right?
In the words of our President, “No Joke, man”
*I said this last week*
“In 2018 Florida made it legal for felons to vote.... except murderers and certain sex offenders. The exception is not stated on the voter registration form. Which it probably should have been. These charges will probably be thrown out.”
Looks like they tossed them out. Now maybe they will fix their voter registration form.
ping - didnt take long to drop the charges.
Take it to a higher court, keep up the pressure.
Appeal! NOW!
Don’t give up. They never do.
Many don't because they will be sued. When people report things it's often anonymously, which carries less weight.
It is up to locals to convince the Judge of his wrongthink. It is what antifa and BLM would do. Dox him, and flood the sidewalk in front of his house with citizens to exercise their “RIGHTS”.
American first people, and MAGA. Here is something you can do.
Seriously? The Legislatures job is to make law, the Courts job is to make sure it does not conflict with the Constitution.
Is this turkey on ballots in the entire state, so that I can vote against continuation, or just on the Miami-Dade ballots?
Stand by-—a pissing contest is about to happen.
That is mind blowing! Is it in Florida’s constitution that amendments can only be enacted by the Supreme Court? What?
My fellow Floridians were stupid to approve Amrndment 4 in the first place.
This will be appealed and DeSantis will once again win the appeal, just like he has before on other appeals after a lower court corrupt Dem judge has ruled against his other efforts of fixing bad law. The socialist MSM can crow now but they will be whining shortly.
From your lips to God’s Ear! I pray it happens!
