Moved from where to where?

Doesn’t matter, but the obfuscation is deliberate.

I wish people would do just five minutes of independent research about Obama’s papers. The comparison just makes Trump look like an idiot.

Apparently only Trump isn’t allowed to take possession of his own presidential records. >>>>>>

Of cpooyrse he can’t have them because they prove beyond any doubt who was behind the Russia Hoax and bogus Operatio crossfire Hurricane. And they can be used as evidence in court since they are declassified.

Therefore the Deep State is going clear ape shit.

Not hard for your average American to figure out.

Whats the fuss? They broke the law with the Russia Hoax and now some people will have to pay the piper.

The FBI was going to pay Steele $1 million to backup the dossier....

How much did they pay this “leaker”?

Uh, President Trump was supposed to be reviewing these documents in these boxes during this time to determine which were privileged, personal, attorney client work product, archives to be returned, etc.

Now where would Trump do this document review? A: Comfortable in his home office in his residence, B: sitting on the floor in the storage closet in the basement spreading documents out around him, C: on the Mar-A-Lago dining room table, involving guests as a game night exercise, or D: out by the pool deck, in between laps to abate the ennui of bureaucratese caused by reading Bull Crat?

Hint, as anyone, absolutely anyone, with a smidge of common business sense knows, it’s not B, C, or D… I’m talking to you dunces in the DOJ, FBI, and the MSM!

Now, would Billionaire Business Tycoon and former President of the United State, at age 76, schlep these boxes of Presidential documents and memorabilia to whichever venue A, B, C, or D, he’s decided use in which to review and sort, or would he ask an employee on his staff to do the heavy lifting schlepping? And, seeing as how these boxes and documents DO contain sensitive data which is supposed to be kept secure, would it not be important to have the movement of those documents kept quiet from those who don’t need to know, especially if they get put back, which is the most likely scenario.

In other words, Trump having an employee move these boxes is absolutely within the scope of what the DOJ requested he must do to comply with their subpoena… it cannot be done without moving them. Their request was they be “safely and securely stored” is incompatible with reviewing them unless those same documents can be moved from storage for review by people authorized to do that task.

No ulterior motives here except in the projection from the mindset of people with Trump Derangement Syndrome who do have ulterior motives.

Here is a great article re: Mar a Largo raid. Amazing how when Bill Clinton and Obama (who kept docs in an UNSECURED WAREHOUSE for 2 years) kept Pres documents no one raided THEIR homes FTA:

The 2012 case arose when the organization Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit seeking Clinton’s documents pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act. Litigation ensued to pressure the National Archives into retrieving the materials. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson ruled that control over presidential records rests squarely in the hands of a former president:

“The National Archives does not have the authority to designate materials as ‘presidential records.’ It lacks any right, duty, or means to seize control of them.”
The judge adopted the very argument made in court by the Justice Department:
“(Seizing the records) is an ‘extraordinary request’ that is ‘unfounded, contrary to the Presidential Records Act’s express terms, and contrary to the traditional principles of administrative law’.

The FBI did not raid Clinton’s home to reclaim records. Nor did the FBI raid former president Barack Obama’s unsecured warehouse where he stored classified documents for the better part of two years. Lawless raids only happen to Republicans.

The Clinton case is instructive on several levels.
First, not only does it establish the right of a former president to designate what constitutes presidential records, but it also grants him the right under law to maintain control over what he deems to be personal records accrued during his term in office. Second, the case also recognizes the sole discretion of a president to segregate and dispose of records.

Finally, Judge Jackson’s opinion reinforces the constraints on the National Archives and the Justice Department. Their ability to retrieve documents is limited to a civil action, not criminal seizure.

According to WaPo, this worker initially denied handling Trump’s documents, but in the second interview with the feds, they admitted they moved some boxes for Trump.

Sounds like a real credible witness. The phrase is “prior inconsistent statements.” Probably threatened and then told them what they wanted to hear.

They were merely moved to sort through them in an organized manner to locate any documents under subpoena.

It’s not like they were wiped with Bleach Bit or anything!

Looks like some SCUBA diver in the “media” has been diving in outhouses looking for crap on President Trump. One thing I’ll say about Trump, loyalty was not a qualification to work for him. The bigger your treasonous mouth, the quicker you got hired. It appears Trump never hired anyone who wasn’t a RAT mole.

If President Trump was trying to be deceptive about moving boxes of alleged documents after receiving a subpoena, wouldn’t be have made sure the security cameras were turned off? The guy’s not a dummy. This smells to high heavens.

Another day, another “witness” against Trump. Is there a store known as “Rent A witness” whose main client is the FBI, the home of “Different Strozks for Different Folks”?
