Michael Flynn, an outspoken ally of former President Donald Trump, had harsh words for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Saturday.
Flynn previously served as a lieutenant general in the U.S. Army before taking on the role of national security adviser in the early days of the Trump administration. He resigned from the position amid a controversy over his communications with a Russian ambassador and has been generally noted for his strong connections to Russia throughout his various careers.
On Saturday, Flynn appeared on the conservative, pro-QAnon web series, "The Mel K Show," where he discussed the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine. In a clip shared to Twitter by left-leaning pundit Ron Filipkowski, the former Trump official offered strong praise for Russian President Vladimir Putin and Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev, calling them "bold leaders who have everything at stake in terms of protecting their country." Flynn also derided Zelensky, calling him a "foolish person, a dangerous fool."

Ukraine is still a sovereign nation. lt hasn’t been overrun. Everything is so dire in Kiev, that Zelensky and his wife have time to be on the cover of Vogue or whatever it was.
If Russia won tomorrow and Zelensky removed, how does that effect your life? Unless you have family in Ukraine, It doesn’t.
You and the rest on here just like to virtue signal that it matters to your life.
But, do tell, when does it stop for the US and the US taxpayer?
And, of course, like so many others, if US troops become overtly engaged or if these clowns in DC do decide to escalate, then what? WW3, that’s what.

A few conservatives who root for Putin have fallen in my estimation.
The danger is for them. Not for us. Well hell, Biden is allowing the US to be invaded and we can’t even use our own military to fight back.
The whole “Russia is evil” repetition is getting pretty old. The USA has become pretty damn evil but that doesn’t mean there still aren’t many good people in it.
If you are not a Putin supporter, why do you favor his side in this conflict? Please don’t tell me Ukrainians are Nazis.
