Daily Mail ^ | 9/24/22 | Morgan Phillips

Former President Trump said he hopes is 'wrong' about the possibility of World War III because the U.S. is being run by 'stupid people' at a rally in Wilmington, N.C. on Friday.

'I was right about Ukraine. I was right about what, Taiwan and I'm hoping I'm not going to be right about World War Three, because we have stupid people dealing,' the former president said, as he predicted the U.S. would lose a conflict to Russia.

'You could end up in World War III and this will be a war like we've never had before - won't even be close, because we're being run by stupid people.'

Seriously? Reality?

Reality is that the distance from Moscow to Kiev is SHORTER than the distance from Boca Raton to Pensacola.

Again, give me a scenario where Russia, which is struggling to supply troops to a BORDER COUNTRY, could possibly invade and hold land ACROSS THE OCEAN.

That’s a military reality.

A board game? Yeah.

Again, explain to me how Russia occupies land in America. You can’t win a war without doing that.

Well, we might surrender before actually “losing.”

Wars are won in the field and lost in Washington.

Although in this case I think China would persuade their sock puppet to not surrender.

YOU ARE THE ONLY PERSON HERE DISCUSSING A RUSSIAN INVASION OF AMERICA.

Total straw man BS point. Are you a ‘tard?

We are talking about a potential (not merely the current proxy) kinetic war directly between America/NATO and Russia IN UKRAINE.

You know, the same U.S. military that cannot win foreign wars against sandal-clad 11th-century goat herders with AK-47s.

The same U.S. military that ran out of Afghanistan after 20 yeas in total abject humiliation.

THAT military is going to whip Russia in Ukraine? THAT military?

A board game? Yeah.

You miss the economic strategy being employed against US.

As Russia solidifies it's alliance with China and as BRICS replaces the mess that is EU/NATO, people willingly will wave in our enemies for a block of government cheese. Just as you are gently making way for our newly arriving illegal citizens from Latin America and elsewhere, you'll acquiesce to Slaves and Chinese nationals.

Do you understand how absolutely ridiculous anyone mentioning the mere concept of a “winner” in a nuclear war is? EVERYONE in the world would have laughed any idiot casually speaking of winning a nuclear war off as a jingoistic nut anytime in the last sixty years. Now it’s turning into strategy. This is the most ridiculously dangerous nonsense in the history of the world.

The neocons love to post propaganda and blather on. But, notice how, they won’t take on Trump even though Trump made these comments and has, for months, encouraged a negotiated end to the war. They know they’d get their asses kicked as badly as the Ukrainians are if they started attacking Trump.

The Biden Administration will trigger WW3 over Ukraine. It is only a matter of when.

Trump is wrong saying the U.S. would not “lose” to Russia. In a global nuclear conflict there are/would be NO winners.

Putin has to be made to realize that.

I have noticed that and their (pro Zelensky = Never Trump) strategy is to weaken him first, then pile on during the 2024 primary.

And I go back to reality. The Russians do not have the military size or financial resources to win WW3 in Europe. They are not starting with half of Germany and the entire Soviet Bloc, which gave massive land and population to be available.

The West came out of WW2 with ruined facilities in the rest of Europe. We were 50% of the WORLD’s GDP after that war ended.

The Russians have no true allies in this that will project any sort of force that would matter militarily. They just called up 300,000 people to try to solidify the provinces they wanted to annex. In a country that has population shrinkage for a few decades now.

This is not unlike China and Taiwan. For all the bluster, the best the Chinese can do right now is to show a naval force that is not capable of invading an island successfully that is 100 miles off its coast, because they would be facing 23 million citizens, with most of the adults, male and female, training defensively and armed, in a guerilla style defense strategy.

You are way too cavalier about the ease of winning military struggles, no matter where, in countries that have far more urbanization than in the days of WW2.

If you believe we couldn’t win a war against 11th-century goat herders (which the SOVIET UNION couldn’t do either) then point the finger at Bush Jr and Obama too.

We didn’t lose the War there, we decided to abandon it. There is a difference.

Calling someone names just shows you can’t debate the point.

"America today is like Russia before World War I."

I would have us more akin to the Austro-Hungarian Empire, but your point is well taken.

“Good luck winning a war against Russia or China without them.”
They are not building a military to fight Russia or China. They’re building a military to fight American’s.

Ummmm, Russia's entire national GDP is around $1.8 Trillion. Not their government, their entire nation.

Biden spends that every 4-6 months by himself with his spending bills and Executive Orders. His failed Build Back Better scam was $5T... the entire Russian population would have to work for just under 3 years, and hand every cent over to Biden, to cover that.

Russia simply does not have the capital to be the scary monster that we pretend that they are... and Ukraine is proving that in real time.

And the vast amounts that Democrats are stealing and wasting every year are literally more than the southern half of the entire planet can produce annually. Think about that. One city, DC, spending more than half the planet can produce.
