Former President Trump said he hopes is 'wrong' about the possibility of World War III because the U.S. is being run by 'stupid people' at a rally in Wilmington, N.C. on Friday.

'I was right about Ukraine. I was right about what, Taiwan and I'm hoping I'm not going to be right about World War Three, because we have stupid people dealing,' the former president said, as he predicted the U.S. would lose a conflict to Russia.

'You could end up in World War III and this will be a war like we've never had before - won't even be close, because we're being run by stupid people.'

Yep....regarded by some as the center of industry and culture, run by a doddering old fool named Jozef, and torn apart by internal ethno-linguistic divisions.

"You assume that the Russian nucs are in adequate repair to actually work

Assuming they are not is probably not a wise course of action. If there is valid, verified, rock solid intelligence affirming they are not, that's another thing, but then it's not longer an assumption.

“US Defense Budget is projected to be over $800 billion in 2023”

Most of that is wasted. Actual bullets and bombs is a very, very small portion of that budget. Most of it is research monies to cronies, or for systems that do not entirely work, or overhead for buildings and admin staff.

“Gulfstream 5’s”

Come on, Travis, keep up. Gulfstream is onto the 700 series already. No elite would be caught dead on yesterday’s 5 series.

“Go ahead and describe to me how Russia would invade and control American soil . . . I’m all ears”

Why would they need to? We are critically dependent on China and others. Those avenues can be turned off instantly.

“In a global nuclear conflict there are/would be NO winners. Putin has to be made to realize that.”

I am confident he already knows that, and has for decades.

This is the major difference between Trump and every president since T Roosevelt. Trump was aggressive by being fair and consistent but protecting us. Our current curmudgeon is passive and subservient. You can’t make a point on the defense except that you are helpless.

“Russia simply does not have the capital to be the scary monster that we pretend that they are”

Neither do we. Creating fiat money on a computer system to buy social services for vote buying is not the same as producing weapons of war.

General Milley is excellent at losing wars and surrendering terribly.

It is a shame that Trump nominated Milley to be Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Except that Biden may refuse to launch, meaning the US will be utterly destroyed with no one else being touched. I believe this is now a real possibility.

Not true, they are desperate on our trade to raise the capital they squandered on building ghost cities and other wasted centralized spending.

And the momentum to repatriate manufacturing will reduce that further. For all the movement to replace the Dollar by the BRICs, that will likely happen some anyhow as globalization unwinds over time.

The Dollar as the world’s reserve currency was fine for decades, but that’s also part of how the Fed inflated its’ balance sheet, so there is a long-term cost for being that reserve too.

Anyone who thinks they know how the world’s economy will look 50 years from now is kidding themselves.

"We're watching a holocaust. We're watching something that I've never seen before. [Russia] is blowing up buildings, with children, with women, with professionals, with people, just people, they're blowing up indiscriminately. They're just shooting massive missiles and rockets into these buildings and everybody is dying."

"The numbers are far worse than what you're seeing on television. I don't know if they [are] keeping them down. When you see buildings being blown up and then they say one person died? Give me a break. Many people are dying and we're allowing this to happen."

"They have to stop it and they have to stop it now, but they don't respect the United States, and the United States is not doing anything about it. This is a holocaust, this is a horrible thing that's happening and you see it on television every night."

Europe represents a bigger trading partner than the US. Proclaiming something as not true is stupid and childish no matter what personal opinion your try to apply to it.

These posts simply saying “America same” as an automatic rebuttal to everything negative about Russia in discussions of the European war is like the college kids with their “oh yeah? well what about slavery man?” comeback to everything.

A web site I am involved with developing has implemented a Real Person mechanism. People can automatically not hear from the anonymous idiots while also blocking Real Persons on an individual and group basis.

Hearing from the 12 year old crowd with the education of a 5th grader is a waste of time.

You seriously believe that we wouldn’t blow over the Russian military if we attacked them in Ukraine?

I think Russia and the world looked at what we did on the battlefield in our recent wars and do not want to meet us there, regardless of what our politicians would do after we beat them in battle.

I hate to say it, but President Trump is right. The military is weak and woke, lead by fools and growing more effeminate by the day. If we fought Russia today, we'd lose!

That's why we need Trump back in the White House. Under him, the military was Great! And they will be again once he cleans house.

“You seriously believe that we wouldn’t blow over the Russian military if we attacked them in Ukraine?”

Nope. We’d get in a few great weeks of triumph followed by all the disasters we created for ourselves; lack of discipline, supply issues, maintenance issues, and woke politics.

Russia wouldn’t have to entirely beat us, we’d beat ourselves.
