If I were them, I’d do the same thing. Remember, a government that does not fear its electorate is usually a dictatorial government.

Juneteenth is a Great Day! THIS why I celebrate it.
It’s the Day TRAITORS Julius and Ethyl Rosenberg were FRIED for selling nuclear secrets to the Soviets. We knew how to deal with Traitors before. TIME to reapply that lesson today.

For every measure, there is a counter measure.

“And the 1968 GCA specifically targeted cheap imported handguns (Saturday Night Specials) and banned them.”
It also targeted my cherry Browning Hi Power, and Walther PPK that I wanted to bring back from Germany. Will never forgive Johnson for GCA.

He went RINO about 5 seconds into his term. Totally disgusting. We all had high hopes Of course you did. After all, he had an "R" after his name.
When I first registered to vote, in NYC, we had such Republican luminaries as John V. Lindsay (mayor) Jakob K. Javits (US Sen.) and Nelson A. Rockefeller (Gov.) These three gave me reason enough to not sign on as a Republican. I registered as an independent and have remained so for more than a half century now.

He’s gone from Congress in 46 days since he’s retiring. I think this gives us a clue as to his future plans.

Republican?
Too bad I cannot use the appropriate term on this site.
And candidate for Governor of Nevada Joe Lombardo would support this.

The two words they LOVE to use: common sense. They wouldn’t know common sense if it kicked them in the ass.

How about being forced to obtain a license every time a reporter writes an article?
= = =
An unsharpened pencil is OK.
That is 1A.
But -
Sharpening it requires two licenses. One for the sharp pencil and one for the knife used.
Not to mention full auto computer keyboards and printers.

My legislation is common sense "Common sense" is a well established BS phrase; anything that follows it should be regarded as evil.

I have very very rarely seen any politician in favor of gun control try to go after handguns, That was their big push back in the 1970s and 1980s. The even named their big organization "Handgun Control Inc." Their efforts were a massive failure, now they're going after rifles. It matters not: their real goal is to disarm you, rob you, enslave you, and kill you is you say anything against them.
Plan accordingly.

Another scumbag RINO comes out of the closet!
To: Blood of Tyrants
(Saturday Night Specials) That term, invented by democRAT race bigots, arose from their belief that very inexpensive pistols were only good for use during "niggertown Saturday night" criminal festivities.
In fact, they were frequently bought by honest poor folks who lived in such neighborhoods, for defense against the festive criminals.
