The late-blooming 2022 Atlantic Tropical Storm season is making up for lost time. A tropical system has developed in the Central Caribbean Sea. This storm system is forecast to threaten continental U.S. interests next week. While the tropical wave passed south of a key geographic area known as Hebert's Box #1, it will very likely pass through Hebert's Box #2. These boxes are useful as predictors of hurricanes that will strike South Florida. For more information about Hebert's Boxes, see Hebert Box. See graphic below which illustrated the Hebert's Boxes.

I believe that’s what Agnes did in 1972 - PA/MD/VA got soaked for several days
Tropical systems have caused 2 of the 3 500 year floods in so central NYS in 2095, 2006 and the ravages of Irene and Lee in 2011z ABC Gnus tonight says the warm water in the Gulf and the Atlantic are CLIMATE CHANGE. Bull Merd. The Sun. The Bloody Hot SUN.

We finished a 3 day run Sunday, with a gig at the going away party for one of the band’s biggest fans. He just bought a place in Punta Gorda.
HA HA!!
My son and family are in Cape Coral...so worried for them. Actually just his girlfriend and 3 kids, our granddaughter and two step grandsons, he’s in California working.
I don’t think I’m going to avoid disaster...Boca Grande....
Isn’t that an evacuation area?
Rumble appears to have gone down. They are based in Longboat Key (near Sarasota).
Well if it’s any comfort this hurricane is going to do a number across Florida no matter where you are.....flooding and such. But a Hurricane 3/4 hitting is nothing to hang around they should probably leave the area.....tomorrow is the last day to go.
Have her go to ‘expedia’ website and look for a hotel to go to.......they’re working with FL Gov. so people know wheere to stay and what’s available. Best spend money to be saf for a couple nights then risk drowning and going without electric for sevrla days.
Ha! Deal.
Thank you for checking in. Wishing you safe passage through the storm. Please keep up updated when you are able.
Rumble isn’t down hard, but they’re having major issues.

Well and Ivan which created havoc in the N GA mountains with muds!idea and flooding. Took out part of the road up to my cabin in Rabin county.
Rumble is back up, for now.
I’m paying attention to this storm because I have a friend riding it out in Bonita Springs. Is she better off, worse or doesn’t matter as this thing seems to be aiming more directly at her as opposed to that dirty side? Is that what is happening?
I have a totally foolish friend near Port Charlotte that won’t leave. I think they’re in a B zone, but almost to the edge of a red zone. They’re riding it out — too worried about looters. Hard to understand why they would do this. I don’t think they value their lives all that much, honestly.
Attention -........Tornado on the ground in Broca Raton FL
