IMHO he has no intention of running for a second turn and he will announce that fact in early 2023 so everyone will leave his lame duck ass alone and he can vacation until the end of 2024.

But I thought the country was a lot better off since he was installed. The border is secured (finally), inflation is way down, we’re well on our way to a green energy paradigm and fossil fuels will be banned by 2030. Even Barack Obama says the country is a lot better off under the stewardship of Biden. Why wouldn’t he (Biden) run again on the record of these successes?
Maybe he’s afraid of a rematch with Trump. . . . or running against the Florida governor or Texas governor Ted Cruz . . .

Trump will run therefore Biden will run again in 2024.
What should happen is DeSantis vs Newsom match up. DeSantis is young. Newsom is a little bit older but still pretty young. By 2028, they will be years older. So they will lose some of that youthful enthusiasm by then.
