Can we build a wall between California and the rest of the country? If you live in California, I’m sorry, but also, why? I get more annoyed by California and their government every day, and today is no exception.
California is now on their way to becoming a sanctuary state for transgender youth. SB-107 was approved by the California Senate last week and is now on its way to Gavin Newsom’s desk.
This bill prohibits out of state authorities from acting on subpoenas, warrants, or child custody issues. It would also prohibit “a provider of health care, a health care service plan, or a contractor from releasing medical information related to a person or entity allowing a child to receive gender-affirming health care or gender-affirming mental health care.”
If it wasn’t already bad enough, it gets worse.
The bill would prohibit the enforcement of an order based on another state’s law authorizing a child to be removed from their parent or guardian based on that parent or guardian allowing their child to receive gender-affirming health care or gender-affirming mental health care. The bill would prohibit a court from finding that it is an inconvenient forum where the law or policy of another state that may take jurisdiction limits the ability of a parent to obtain gender-affirming health care or gender-affirming mental health care, as defined, and the provision of such care is at issue in the case before the court. The bill would authorize a court to take temporary jurisdiction because a child has been unable to obtain gender-affirming health care. The bill would additionally prohibit a court from considering the taking or retention of a child

Not a lawyer, but this seems a violation of the ‘full faith and credit’ provision in the Constitution. States must recognize the legal actions of another state. It is why, back in the day, couples often got married in Delaware and divorced in Nevada—the laws in those states were more relaxed than in their home states.
Great. Hack off their breasts and cut off their wee wees and let’s see how happy they are in a decade. give the girls hysterectomies and let’s see how they fare. Everyone in CA will be transformed. Men will be eunics and women will be no sex at all.
Stop picking on California!!! It’s orange county, LA, hollyweird, San Diego, San Francisco , the blue parts of an otherwise good state..
California , The Land of Gibberish
California is a sanctuary for weird
Send all of them to PubliKSKools.
Only fed them vegan meals.
Provide all of the California new Weed, they want for free.
Make Fentanyl, an OTC, for these special people.
At this moment in this state, county and city!
Come on, kids. Leave your parents and you can live in peace here. You’ll need a tent.
Groomer state... may it be damned to hell.
Oh great, just what CA needs…a higher % of insane people…
“This bill prohibits out of state authorities from acting on subpoenas, warrants, or child custody issues.”
Guess California never heard of the “full faith and credit” clause, eh?
True. Run by cultists from the Church of Gender.
It’s not; it will be struck down when it gets out of California courts.
My reading:
The bill allows kidnapping of children for the purpose of gender mutilation.
I prefer "sex denying vivisection".
What else would you expect from people who quash the beating heart of an unborn infant and call it "healthcare".
“What happens when the last taxpayer leaves Kalifornia?”
Then California shall have achieved socialism.
Can we put all the mentally sick freaks on a deserted island & let them pay their own version of SURVIVOR????
I WOULD say “turns out the Lights”-—But I think the lights will already be gone.
Not too many years from now you will be able visit Death Valley National Park and see Lot’s wife frozen as a pillar of salt.
“Doctors” performing these “surgeries” in my opinion are doing noting more than exploiting children for the purposes of surgical mutilation.
Just another step toward fascist state control of your children.
