I used to buy a lot of stuff from BB&B. I don't any more and I know others in my small circle of friends that have stopped too. Pillows are not the only sales that they have missed out on.

I also felt the quality and uniqueness of BBB went downhill over the years. Generally stopped going there just to browse.
