My Pillow didn’t have anything to do with it.
Yes, it was a bad business decision for BBB to drop MyPillow.
However the sell-everything, big box store is is a retail model that can’t be sustained, MyPillow or no MyPillow.

My pillow definitely was a contributing factor. I used to go to BBB just to look around. Usually bought something. After the my pillow cancellation I never returned. I cannot be the only person who stopped shopping there.
