“Critical Factual Error” by FBI Raid Affiant Could Blow Up the DOJ’s Case Against Trump
America First Report ^ | 27 August 2022 | JD Rucker

Posted on 08/27/2022 9:38:22 PM PDT by Fractal Trader

The sworn affidavit presented to secure the search warrant for Mar-a-Lago used by the FBI to raid Donald Trump’s home had what appears to be a crucial error in it, one that could be easily debunked. If the facts detailed by independent journalist Paul Sperry are accurate, this could be enough to obliterate the Department of Justice’s case against Trump.

In a post on Gettr, Sperry said:

BREAKING: The FBI affiant who swore to the Mar-a-Lago search warrant appears to have made a critical factual error by stating in the unsealed affidavit: “I do not believe that any spaces within the PREMISES have been authorized for the storage of classified information.” This finding, which is the linchpin of the criminal case vs. Trump, overlooks the fact that:

1) White House records confirm that a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) authorizing the briefing and storage of classified material up to the TS/SCI level had in fact been installed at Mar-a-Lago; and,

2) records show that the Secret Service had recently awarded a nearly $600,000 contract to upgrade physical security within the premises at Mar-a-Lago for Trump’s post-presidency transition

Sperry later posted:

DEVELOPING: The unsealed FBI affidavit contains several oddities:

1. No where does it flat-out say “classified information” was found in Trump’s 15 boxes. On page 2, it refers only to docs “with classification markings,” which raises the specter they were no longer classified

2. It states the docs “appear” to contain National Defense Information. But agents “triaged” the boxes; they would know if they contain NDI or not

3. The affiant claimed “there is probable cause to believe evidence of obstruction will be found at the premises,” yet there’s no “obstruction” header or section spelling out why he believes this

4. He said he doesn’t believe “any spaces” w/in Mar-a-Lago are “currently” authorized for storage of classified info. So they were, but not “currently”?

This analysis appears to be accurate according to a former federal magistrate (name withheld by request) who reviewed both the redacted affidavit and Sperry’s claims.

It’s odd that the FBI would include such an easily debunked claim about appropriately secure storage areas on the premises on their affidavit. It should not have been necessary for their case if we are to believe they are trying to indict Trump for taking classified documents. By including it, they run the risk of tainting the predicate for the search warrant which could make evidence they collected during the raid inadmissible.

Everything about the raid and the case being built by the Department of Justice reeks of sloppiness and desperation. Are we seeing a Deep State plot blowing up or are we missing a deeper, darker agenda?

What case, the whole thing is a made-up fraud to change the election.

If they did build the storage facility, the informant’s current credibility took a direct hit, and brings into question his other “possible” claims.

We can live with that!

If ANYTHING would have incriminated Trump in any way then it would have been leaked already to their favorite yellow newspapers. That they haven’t speaks volumes. as usual, they’re the one’s that are dirty, not Trump.

Now, what do they do next?

I have read that Trump was informed that Trump Tower had been bugged and that the Trump campaign moved the next day.

It doesn't make sense to me that Trump would later store important documents in a place where his enemies could get at it.

I have seen claims that Biden has waived executive privilege with regard to Trump. That seems ridiculous on its face. No President has the authority to decrease the power of the Presidency. That power is created by the Constitution and is not Biden's to modify. The claim that Biden has the power to re-classify documents that have been declassified by Trump would seem to be something that ought to be addressed by the Supreme Court on an emergency basis.

I'm thinking that Trump may be so certain about the support he might get from the Supreme Court in this matter that he may be purposely dragging his feet so as to get his enemies to over-reach and extend their conspiracy.

I'm still waiting for Durham to reveal who sent Mifsud to Papadopolous. Who provided the $10,000 cash that Tawil supplied to George? Who sent the FBI to intercept George's flight home? Durham is mistaken if he thinks all of us will simply forget about all this.

>> It doesn’t make sense to me ...

It makes sense to keep the documents in a known location to the stakeholders.

I remember about the $10K that was left with an attorney in Cyprus....I wonder what happened to it.

Was a set up by the FBI....searching for the $10K at the arrival back is USA from Cyprus.

I think he was going to use them in his lawsuit against Hillary, et al. If so, publishing them prior to the start of the legal prioceedings would not be smart.

He was to use them in his lawsuit against Hillary, et al. It would not have been to his advantage to make them public before any legal proceedings.

If the Archive gods get in such a panic about these documents then WHY are the Presidents allowed to leave with them? Let Archive take them all and let the President go to them and pick out what he wants. Then the god of the Archive will forever be in charge and happy-until the dems are in charge and then it is OK to take them.

“If only Trump had just released copies of the documents right after he de-classified them.”

~~~~~~~
But he DID! After signing an executive order against classifying for the purpose of covering up malfeasance.
The folks he handed the declassified material to, for removal of the
classification markings of the stuff he declassified, instead RECLASSIFIED it,
in order to bury it and protect themselves from prosecution. (Which they only earned themselves more of.)
These people are stupid. And desperate.
The strategy for the FBI is in for a penny, in for a pound. Getting an indictment on Trump would be gravy, and they were certainly not concerned with breaking the law. They went there for nine hours with over thirty armed agents with loaded backpacks when that kind of effort is blatant overkill.
They were looking for something, and when they could not find it in the vault, they broke into the safe, and when they couldn’t find it in the safe, they went looking in Melania’s closet. They must have ransacked every square inch of the place.
I hope that Trump is prepared for future raids and the Crossfire Hurricane may be an attempted crossfire.
If you don't yet understand the critical night/day difference between "documents with classified markings" and "classified documents," you are still being gaslit by the Woke Gestapo and their MSM minions.
