You are correct about Prof Dersh’s actual statement-I was here at my desk, doing a Friday ritual-typing/printing invoices while watching Newsmax-so I saw the interview-he doesn’t seem to think the FBI is on very stable ground and should have just made a phone call to pres Trump’s lawyers to ask for the stuff or gotten a subpoena like normal people do...

Doesn’t matter either way, he’ll be indicted.
The saying originated during the reign of Manhattan DA Frank Hogan. Who did indeed indict thousands, sometimes with little cause. And if Trump is indicted his trial will be in the District where his conviction is as certain as a Frank Hogan indictment.
Dershowitz said the EXACT OPPOSITE of this idiotic Newsweek posting.
