Exactly. There’s no such as “witness tampering” because this isn’t a trial. Or it is, in which case the whole committee is acting violation of the Constitution and is trying in effect to pass a bill of attainder.

As predicted, this whole farce was to entrap, indict, and convict Trump on a Federal process crime in the jurisdiction of Washington D.C.
Trump is going to be frogmarched by the midterms, and will be ineligible to run in 2024.
