HIGHLAND PARK, Ill., July 4 (Reuters) - Six people were killed and at least two dozen injured when a rooftop gunman opened fire at a Fourth of July parade in the wealthy Chicago suburb of Highland Park on Monday, turning a civic display of patriotism into a scene of panicked mayhem.

I haven’t heard bolt action. Someone put a video up on Reddit and it was 30 rounds and then another 30 rounds. That many rounds and people and only 6 dead is sketchy or a real bad shooter.

Highland Park (look for Moraine Township, precincts 209 through 214 or so) is one of the most ultra-liberal parts of liberal Lake County -- upscale, way over-educated, and (of course) full of Trump-hating useful idiots. Definitely not a coincidence.

A scoped 30.06, dialed in, is good for 400yds even in the hands of amateurs. With practice 600yds is easy.
