the much awaited Illinois June 28 Primary Election Day is upon us.
Here's where we'll be keeping track of live updates from Election Day across the Chicago area, along with what you need to know about who's on your ballot ...

Giuliani the younger is one of the ugliest people I have seen in his life and wasn’t helped by his senile dad’s overreaction to a back slap.
Congrats Lee Zeldin!
In IL-6, Sean Casten is beating Lipinski-killer Newman by a 2-to-1 ratio, so they've already projected him the winner. I believe both "suspended" campaigning anyway after Casten's daughter suddenly died (and that probably generated sympathy for his campaign). In any case, they're equally "progressive" commies, but Newman had been a "hero" to leftist activist across the country for taking out one of the last remaining pro-life RATS. She will now be a one-term Congressperson. Hopefully we can take out Casten in November, and then it will a twofer!
In IL-15, freshman Mary Miller (and the LONE "conservative" Congressman from Illinois is ACTUALLY conservative... don't be fooled by establishment hacks Bost & LaThug) is ALSO winning by a CONSIDERABLE margin, currently running 58% to 42% against RINO Rodney Davis. Buh bye Rodney.
VERY light turnout for both parties today, when I voted there was ZERO electioneering and only ONE campaign sign at the polling place (for RAT Congressional candidate Pat Dowell), and it was virtually a ghost town.
By how much (did Zeldin win)?
I gave up on this state electing ANYONE decent statewide after 2010 or so.
If Bailey beats Lard Butt, it WILL be a freakin’ miracle!
no clue- just got the email from the NY GOP.
I’ve got to assume Zeldin pulled in big numbers from Staten Island

Five Congresscritters who voted for the January 6th committee are on the ballot today:
IL - Davis, Rodney
MS - Guest, Michael
OK - Bice, Stephanie
UT - Moore, Blake
UT - Curtis, John
Davis lost to Miller. The other 4 won easily
Thx. Just saw this….
… Zeldin defeated a trio of opponents, including former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s son Andrew Giuliani. Zeldin had support from much of New York’s Republican establishment while Giuliani had backing from some conservative influencers and Doug Mastriano, Pennsylvania’s GOP gubernatorial nominee.
As of 11:10 p.m. E.T., Zeldin held a 20-point lead over Giuliani…

Unreal that Hag Hochul cruised to the Democratic Party’s nomination.
Pitiful.
Rauner (Moderate Repub) who was Governor before Pigster couldn’t get a single thing accomplished b/c Chicago Dems completely control the state legislature because of the insane SCOTUS ruling from decades ago that said state senate elections had to be basically another version of the state House of Reps.... states were not ALLOWED to have their state senate composed of 1 senator from each county ... they had to be elected like representatives based on population. A completely insane leftist SCOTUS ruling that is the single reason blue states are blue - completely controlled by large cities with no representation for the red counties.... just look at the map posted earlier of Illinois. All red except basically Chicago. (Please let Justice Thomas know that SCOTUS MUST re-visit this ruling to save our country!)
Also, don’t forget the IL corruption. Rauner delivered truckloads of signatures to get Term Limits placed on the ballot... all according to protocol. But a chicago leftist Judge declared it invalid and denied the bid to get the issue on the ballot. Despite Rauner following every rule... it just takes one obama-like judge.
Yes it is! Why aren’t Trump voters dominating a primary with low turnout?
The Dems carved the heck out of IL-13. According to FiveThirtyEight, it’s now Dem +7.

With 74% of the vote in - Pubs have 36,922 votes & Dems 29,430
and so not sure about that?
Are any of these districts areas where Dems can crossover?
Same in California, Oregon and Washington. They have the cheat in place and your vote does not count!
In OK#2, Police Chief Teehee is 800 votes short to make the runoff. He came out of nowhere. He looks like a great one.
Conservatives backed the wrong candidate in Bennett
actually it’s a nice state held hostage by shitcago. Southern IL is beautiful.
Similar to NY.
Not proud to say this, and I will anyway: for the first time in my adult life and since being eligible to vote, I flat-out refused to vote in the primaries today.
I don't like any of the Republican candidates and frankly, none of them can beat Prickster anyway. This state is just stuck on stupid and Prickster only has to win 3-4 counties to win the state.
Glad Rodney Davis is gone, eff'r deserved it, I'd have showed up to vote if I were in his district.
With the consolidation of districts pitting that libtard POS Sean Casten vs. Baby Murderer Marie Newman, I honestly don't see a Republican winning this district anytime soon and sadly, I live in it. Casten is as much a baby killer as Marie Newman is so nothing really changes.
It's the pragmatist in me that has me so skeptical. The only reason I'm bothering to show up in November will be to vote against Casten. Even then my vote isn't going to count just like every other race this November. BTW, Crook County uses Dominion machines.
6 republicans in the 6th and none got your interest?
It’s HELLINOIS. HELLINOIS Republican’s are 99.999% guaranteed to be Democrats.
I waited until Sunday to decide my picks because I wasn't excited about ANY of the GOP field, either. Let's be honest, it was a very "meh" selection, especially for the statewide offices.
But anyone who doesn't vote in the primaries will then be complaining about having EVEN WORSE candidates to "choose from" in November.
I ended up going with Rabine for Governor, Skelstolis for A.G., Milhouser for Secretary of State (because Dan Brady was the other choice, and his cousin is close political ally is former IL GOP Chairman and RINO traitor PAT Brady), and Kathy Salvi for U.S. Senate.
I'm still stuck in the 1st District after all that redistricting, so I voted for Geno Young out of a field of four GOP candidates seeking Bobby Rush's open seat. Young is an across the board solid conservative and a street musician with an Afro, I'd love to see the RATS just TRY and claim that dude is an "Oreo" because of his politics.
It's about getting the most electable conservative we can for the general election.
Bailey is from an ultra safe rural downstate GOP district and I doubt he has a prayer of winning statewide, but I'd vote for a wet paper bag over Governor Lard Butt.
I pray I'm wrong about the entire GOP field sucking. (hey, I just spent the last two years saying Trump's milquetoast SCOTUS picks would "never" vote to overturn Roe, so miracles DO happen!)
On the plus side, the RATS didn't show up EITHER, so they're likewise not excited for their crappy candidates (so much for the Roe repeal motivated them to get out and nominate abortion-loving commies). Poor commies are gonna miss Marie Newman!
