There is nothing in the Constitution about abortion, and the Constitution does not implicitly protect the right.

Thank you, President Trump! This is Step 1. Step 2 is when the USSC rules abortion itself unconstitutional.

I thought they only released opinions/rulings of Monday and Wednesday?
There is nothing written constraining them to any schedule. Due to the federal holiday Monday the Court released opinions Tuesday and Thursday (a one day delay), but raised eyebrows yesterday by amending the schedule yesterday to say that today (Friday) was an opinion day- and they dropped Becerra and Dobbs today.
But again, there is no written precedent or procedure saying they only release opinions on Mondays and Wednesdays. It's just tradition, and not absolute.
The Court does what the Court does, generally without advance notice. That is itself a tradition...

“Traitor Roberts voted to overturn ? Wow!!!”
Traitor Roberts also voted to overturn state gun laws in “may issue” states, forcing them to become “shall issue” states. Roberts haters bummed to the max.

They could not protest in a manner to influence a decision. The decision is no longer pending. They can now legally protest in front of their houses.

Praise goes to God, and to our 45th President Donald J Trump, who appointed three justices to this Supreme Court. It took a civil war to overturn the infamous Dred Scott decision, but the Supreme Court itself has righted the massive wrong inflicted by Roe v Wade.

Roe overruled laws against Abortion. If Congress legalizes it, the SC will not overrule them.
It’s a moot point, about half of abortion clinics have closed from what I have heard. They can’t find doctors to do it. That’s why they want to allow PA’s to do it.

it is time for the good old USA to return to God’s laws and not pretend to know better than God.
Abortion is murder.
