Roe overruled laws against Abortion. If Congress legalizes it, the SC will not overrule them.
It’s a moot point, about half of abortion clinics have closed from what I have heard. They can’t find doctors to do it. That’s why they want to allow PA’s to do it.
PA’s can do it but they still need a supervising doctor for overiding emergencies and supervision. PA’s aren’t fully independent.
