No, not true. Had one on the scene on Fox News saying BP coming to aid after APB went out, but it was the local sheriff’s deputies who were chasing him (and subsequently killed him).
And I’m not sure about the chasing part. He might have not been in a hot pursuit, as the video showing him running into the schools has no cops or sirens blaring.
Will all of the National evening news anchors be broadcasting from Uvalde tomorrow, like they did at Buffalo?? Probably not. Not a goo enough white supremacist angle, so they say, why bother???

We have a 2nd Amendment, and only an anti America would try to persuade conservatives that we need to rethink our laws because the left refuses to put the fear of death into those who commit violent crimes.
Everyone of those countries other than France and Canada, put violent criminal to death, and not in 20 years quickly. And as far as France is concerned, they have a lot more beheadings of innocent people than the USA does, and a lot of honor killing going on.
A few years back, a man went into a public school in China and killed 23 children with a knife. Didn’t happen again because China KILED the SOB. And again, not in 20 years, he died pretty quickly after being convicted.

Well on the Ben Ferguson radio show he received text messages from LE he knows in Texas. Again, you guessed it, the suspect was already known to authorities as he had previous run-ins with the police.
So, this being the case, was he ever convicted of any type of felony or was he found of unfit mind? If either was the case then he was not eligible to own a firearm.
