How come we don’t know the name of the leaker? I will bet that they found out who it was rather quickly, but have now moved into the cover-up stage so as to not make the Media-Dem Party look bad.

Most likely, the wording of the opinion and dissent are still being finalized. In any case, the result will be a monumental to returning power to the states.
As far as the leaker, that investigation will probably not be finished until the end of this term.
