This is the way it works:
(1) The Democrats enact some stupid policy that creates a shortage in some
commodity.
(2) Supply and demand causes a sharp increase in price of the commodity.
(3) Producers sell their supply at the higher market price.
(4) Democrats accuse the producers of “price gouging” by simply selling at the
market price.
Liawatha, a.k.a Gray Beaver, is a prime example of this.
So predictable. The Democrats cause the problem but then blame others through fake legislation and try to punish them for doing nothing wrong. That is the Democrat way.
Amazing how Congress can make it look like they are doing something when they really aren’t. Just think if they could work that fast and that hard to actually get something done to improve the lives of Americans. I guess they really aren’t interested in that.

They should pass a law against hurricanes too.
Count on socialists to prefer price controls and shortage sharing over production increases.
Why? Because I know it won't do any good and when gas is $8/gallon come November, the Democrats won't be able to blame the Republicans.
But it won't. So when gas is $8/gallon come November, the Democrats will say it's because the Republicans obstructed their price gouging legislation.
Gouging is one of those words that are never really defined except in a stupid way.
