A nine year-old white boy was filmed storming over to his black neighbors' house and cracking a whip on their door while trying to find their nine year-old daughter.
Shocking footage shows the unnamed child cracking the weapon on Dee and Carissa Nash's front door just outside of Dallas Friday, allegedly in search of the couple's young daughter.
The clip shows mom Carissa answering the door to confront the child, who she says was upset with and planned to attack her daughter.

He is old enough to explain why he is beating on a neighbor’s door and squaring off to the neighbor in a confrontational manner. He didn’t have anything to say for himself when the owner told him to go away, so why did he go over there in the first place?
That’s what I thought. Could be wrong but little boys do dumb things to get a girl’s attention. This time it happens to be interracial.
Why is a neighbor dispute national news? Because it’s a white kid and white father.
And we called it a riding crop, not a whip, if that’s what it is. I went to horse camp every summer when I was a kid, and riding crop was required, along with helmet and boots.
Maybe it was the father’s “marital aid” and the kid found it and thought it’s what you use on your girlfriend?
Yes, it’s a really weird world and I’m not helping matters.
Then they also call it a weapon.
I expected to see something more dramatic in the boy’s hand.
His pounding on the door was more obnoxious than holding a riding crop.
But I guess the jurinalists think he’s headed down to the border to whip illegals with it.
Not that I ever did, of course!
On of my high school teachers spent his summer vacation as a bullwhip artist at 6 Flags.
He was very good with it. The riding crop is NOT a whip.

It’s still not a “whip” in the vernacular sense which is what white slave owners used on their black slaves and why the loaded term is used here.
The saddest was the couple that was killed after they humiliated a neighbor mercilessly, routinely. Cops were ineffectual to his pleas. (Probably not much they could do about taunts and petty infractions other than to tell each side to behave themselves.) One day the neighbor had enough and simply shot and killed them in the street while they videod the whole thing on their own phones. They bled out taking the selfies they were going to post. Then the neighbor took himself out in his own home before the cops could arrive.

As another FReeper said, it looks like a buggy whip or a horse training whip. He had better change course, or one of these days someone is going to take that whip from him and beat his behind with it.
