White House press secretary Jen Psaki said Tuesday that the Biden administration encourages “peaceful” protests outside the homes of Supreme Court justices, despite the fact that such protests aim to intimidate the judiciary and appear to be illegal.

Maybe somebody should make her home address public, and provide maps so that people can stage a peaceful protest outside of her house.
Its a US Title felony to harass, incite, intimidate, protest etc Federal judges including SCOTS. There is no legal cover in this case.

You know nothing about how the SCOTUS works. In a case of this magnitude, there will be a majority opinion, and most likely, multiple concurring and dissenting opinions - each of wich circulated multiple times before release. Roberts has not released the opinions because they are not ready for release, and probably won’t be ready until late June.

Now let's see if Joe Biden and Merrick Garland are inclined to enforce this law. (They won't.)
