Sen. Rick Scott Tuesday called on President Biden to resign, alleging that Biden is mentally unfit to carry out his duties as president.
"The most effective thing Joe Biden can do to solve the inflation crisis he created is resign. He’s the problem," Scott, R-Fla., said Tuesday ahead of Biden's planned remarks on inflation.
"Let’s be honest here. Joe Biden is unwell. He’s unfit for office. He’s incoherent, incapacitated and confused. He doesn’t know where he is half the time. He’s incapable of leading and he’s incapable of carrying out his duties," Scott added.

It’s nice that at last a US Senator is stating the obvious - which people have, without undue rancor, been stating on FR for a year.

Some on FR have, but most when you make the resigning or impeachment case say the timing isn’t right or give some other excuse. I give the Senator props for stating it. You have to make the case NOW, create pressure and build support.

I watched Brandon read his teleprompter remarks, perhaps the worst Presidential speech ever. Then, after doing this one would expect a serious lucid person would take a dozen or more questions, he took one, and said his policies were helping not hurting. Then some joker reporter asked him why he isn’t telling Americans to stop driving, nuff said. Then Ed from CBS read the Scott comments and Brandon couldn’t react, he is getting worse.
