Twitter employees reading the tea leaves as they try to discern the future in an Elon Musk-owned company received some bad news last week.
Musk recently prepared a presentation for investors, known as a pitch deck, that outlines some of the moves he’s planning for the social media giant, according to The New York Times.
The deck includes Musk’s plans to expand the company, which in the long run will expand its workforce.
However, it makes it clear that about 10 percent of the workforce that starts 2023 will not finish the year.

If he cuts 10% a year, he’ll have it cleaned up in 10 years.
Musk will hire and train his people first...and THEN remove the Dem bootlickers.
10% is nothing. I worked at a company and we had a policy to cut the bottom 10% every year.

I imagine Twitter has a small army of censors that do nothing but read everyone’s posts to determine if they are woke enough.
If he cuts 10% another 20-30% of the Wokesters at Twitter will leave, for the first time in their lives, they will have to face how a real business works....
New management comes in thru a buyout or merger and a bloodbath takes place.
I’ve been in one before....and watched a couple of others.
If he really wants change, he will need to turn over 80% of the staff within 5 years.

Well...all the code is saved somewhere....backups and all! That means there is documentation of everything that was done by all the employees who contributed to the blacklisting. Soros (or whomever) can fund lawsuits all they like but that’s grounds enough for termination!
Well, the leftie user base does half the job for them for free, flagging every post they come across that they don’t like. So I imagine the paid censors only have to review posts that cross some threshold of number of reports from the users.

IIRC the algorythms were all locked when things started to go Musk’s way to prevent untoward shenaingans. But, who knows for sure? Surely no back doors or anything coded in.
I think you might be confusing the term “free speech” to what is/was meant in a dictionary. Don’t forget that these commie trash feel free to re-define words to suit THEIR purposes.
Free speech means that they can say any lie they want with no consequences and also control what YOU say on any subject.
There is nothing honest about any of them. Not in any context.
They learned this from CNN. After all, if the “4th estate” can lie freely and no gov’mt office(r) will object except the OrangeMan, then it must be OK.
He’ll probably look at internal emails and all those who badmouthed his takeover are gone. Better to get rid of future saboteurs on day one.
