EXCLUSIVE - Republican Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas will team up on Thursday and Friday with Dave McCormick, one of the front-runners in Pennsylvania’s crowded, combustible, and expensive GOP Senate primary.
[cut]
Cruz’s two days of campaigning with McCormick will come just ahead of Pennsylvania’s May 17 primary, and it also comes less than a week after former President Donald Trump headlined a rally in western Pennsylvania with McCormick’s rival for the nomination, Mehmet Oz, whom Trump endorsed just a couple of weeks ago.

That’s really the bottom line. I’m sure both Trump and Cruz will campaign for the primary’s winner

The best and most convincing discussion I’ve ever heard for the election of Dr. Oz. If you have doubts, watch this for the truth.

I was angry with Ted in 2016, and I've carried that over
until now. I don't have a McCain or Hillary dislike for the
guy, but he's just not someone I want to support. At times
he's willing to put self above the sanctity of our nation.
It sounds as if this guy isn't any better than OZ, so why
make a big deal out of it. Well, Ted seems to think it's a
good idea. I don't.
The Left capitalizes off every speck of negativity. We
really do need to unify. If I thought McCormick was all
that much better than OZ, I could see Ted doing this.
I don't, so I think it's Ted using bad judgement again.
Ted is going to vote with us. He's not a Romney type guy.
He still finds a way to grate against my perceptions.
He can rattle of some great sound-bytes. There have been
times when I thought he was very good. Then he finds a
way to tweak my attempt to see some good in him, and
we're back to square one.
There's also something about Ted just under the surface
that troubles me. Here's his wife and his father standing
there in that now famous scene, in celebration he opts
to stiff the wife and hug his dad. In so doing he
walloped her in the face with his arm.
That incident with his daughter on the campaign trail
sticks with me also. I've just never gotten a real warm
feeling about him and his family.
The guy still comes off to me like Mr. Haney on Green
acres, always a big dealer in hit for himself.

Well, considering Pompeo and McCormick are both ‘ring knockers’ maybe it isn’t unexpected.

In GA, they are saying Kemp has a 40..60 % ahead of Perdue.. And Trump has been livid with Kemp.. So am I..
I hope the trend carries over for GA

I am noticing a trend. Cruz is supporting candidates who oppose the candidates being supported by Trump.
Ted may want to reconsider his tactics considering how things went in Ohio with his boy Josh Mandel.
To: SoConPubbie
By running for President while Canadian, Ted Cruz gave up any illusion of being a Constitutional conservative.

..."I’m not voting for Oz,"...
I'm from Texas so this is mute for me, but watching Trump's endorsement rally in Penn. there was a live comment section going right of the screen. There was a BUNCH on "Never OZ" comments flying by. I'm certainly not impressed with OZ and have seen nothing to vote for. It makes me nervous that Trump keeps picking these ex Democrats with a background of abortion support and sodomy support. I have a sneaky feeling that Oz is going to break Trump's 55-0 record. I don't think even Trump can save OZ. Might as well endorse a CNN talking head.
Trump needs to realize that the reason he stayed in so much trouble was his own people had turned on him and were leaking crap on him. Dems do what Dems do and RINO's do what RINO's do. Why does Trump attract RINO's and why can't he detect it? McCarthy comes to mind. How can he possibly be Speaker except for Trump's support?

Among those I know, Trump has really hurt himself in Pennsylvania with his Oz endorsement.
Constitutionalists are coalescing around Barnette.

Because Trump understands that Oz can win the state. He’s he closest to MAGA that can win. Barnette is an almost certain state wide loser.

further muddying his so-called reputation of being a Constitutional Conservative.
Is that self-proclaimed or is that a title bestowed on him by the likes of Mark Levin or Glen Beck, or maybe some salivating starry-eyed Freeper back in 2016? Lord knows there were many.
