Tuesday, on CNN’s “At This Hour,” Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) reacted to the leak of the Supreme Court’s draft opinion overturning the Roe v. Wade ruling.
Warren advised that although the Supreme Court could overturn the landmark ruling, Congress “will get the final word on Roe v. Wade.” She added that with the midterm elections on the horizon, the ruling “is on the ballot.”

Unfortunately Roe vs Wade is pretty popular so this issue will help Democrats get their vote out.
This may save the Senate for the Dems.

The ballots from mules for $50 each or the votes cast by actual people? Just need to know who she’s referring to?

Well, she’s probably right. Abortion will end up being decided either in Congress, or by individual states.

She’s on video getting her a*s chewed on this morning by a male pro-lifer...she repeats the same 69% of voters support abortion that Joe Scarborough was spewing this morning (he was stating a figure of 70%)...guess that’s a ‘talking point’ we’ll be hearing more of...

In Democrat minds this is such an important issue it means stealing the elections is a noble thing. Really.

Right. Perhaps even the House.

The question should be a matter of legislation not scotus decisions.

It can’t surpass filibuster.
Romney, Collins, Murkowski . . . is rather less than 10.

So, it’s “BLM-II: Revenge of the Plantation Owners”. This time, it’s women who get herded by promises of nothing.
The Democrat playbook is limited, but it is cheap.

They don’t want it to go to the states. They want that power.

That’s what this is all about.
However, the Supreme Court ruling would have hit before the election anyway. I think they were hoping the SC wouldn’t overturn Roe, and they were sitting on the leak from February, but decided it couldn’t wait. I suspect they found out just recently that none of the majority were going to flip

Evil scum: if SCOTUS says there's no right to abortion in the Constitution, then Congress has no authority over state legislatures to restrain them from restricting it.
They're just making it clear that the Dem Party aims at complete and unlimited power over the United States. It should be banned as a terrorist organization.
