President Biden expressed deep concern Tuesday about the draft Supreme Court opinion that leaked Monday night and appeared to reveal that a majority of five conservative justices intend to strike down Roe vs. Wade, ending nearly 50 years of federally protected abortion rights.

I am almost to the point I am not sure I can or will vote in Federal elections any longer, all of it is corrupt and I am not sold on Republicans at all. They are spineless and will not change a thing, never have so why believe they will now. Change my mind.
The Dems ordered this and I'm sure gave a wink and a nod to the leaker. She'll most likely get a pardon and a medal from Brandon.

To me, the best courts are the ones that see the Constitution for what it is, what it stands for and stands fast, even in opposition from prevailing mob-rule sentiment.
The representative Republic form of government works. Citizens voting for representatives of their like minds to handle business - at the lowest governmental level where it was intended to be.
Leftists succeeded in tainting the Federal Court with Roe and it’s led to inexplicable horror for untold millions of unborn lives. Let them wail helplessly at the sky and find their free murder in some leftist Democrat state. I don’t really care..

Alito and the majority should just release the majority opinion today. The dissenters and any concurrences can be filed at a later date. There is no sense in allowing this intimidation campaign by the left go on for two months.
The GOP is at best a one issue party. The only thing that seems to energize it is taxes. Other than that they are completely useless. Their “leadership” is pathetic and abominable.
The party is bereft of principles and convictions and therefore inspires little confidence or gives any reasons to vote for them.
We need to start voting on the basis of tangible EFFORT, DETERMINATION and RESULTS. Nothing else. Words and promises are just a smokescreen.
Personally, I find no reason to vote for anyone who isn’t committed to downsizing government. Why vote for people who will only make our problems worse by continuing to expand government?

Although decades of precedent tell us that the nine-member court requires a vacancy before a duly appointed replacement can be seated, the reality is that there is no such rule. I had thought that it was the Chief Justice who would swear in any new Associate Justice, but that is also not true. ANY seated Justice can swear in another new member. So it is entirely possible that someone like Kagan or Breyer could walk up to Ketanji Brown Jackson and administer the oath. Then all they would have to do is find her an office and another chair at the dais. It could happen this morning.
RvW is law of land, they made it legal, BUT... they dint say it wasn’t a baby, so pretending it’s not a child to avoid your guilt!!!

just decide the case before the summer break.

gas prices, high mortgage interest rates, food shortages
and high prices. Inflation at a 40 year high.
Very high crime in cities, and open borders to illegals.
Biden is a failure.
Decide the case and all these other Dem failures
come to the fore.
