Gibbons cut his own throat. I guess it goes to show picking a candidate to support isn’t easy.
I am cautiously with Vance.
In Ohio, the winner of the primary election goes on to the general election, correct? There's not a primary run-off if the winner has less than 50%+1.
Do I have that right?
I can see where you’re coming from.
If it comes down to Vance/Mandel then I’ll go with Vance and hope for the best.
Hope it works out whatever the voters decide...
To hear Tim Ryan’s Ads you would think HE was the MAGA candidate. He’s running as a good Republican not as the Progressive he is.
I’d be totally disappointed if we ended up with Sherrod Brown and Tim Ryan in the Senate. Lord have mercy on us.
Yes that’s right.
GOP favored to win this seat so let’s hope it works out
The ‘Great One’ Levin will be upset with this news..
I feel good about voting for Vance. I didn’t. But the more I watched mandel, I was turned off. And I had forgotten how him dropping out suddenly the last time screwed us. Started looking into Vance, much like I did trump in 2015, and I convinced myself. Then MTG endorsed, so I knew I was right. Then Trump. He’s barnstorming across Ohio this weekend with MTG and Matt Gaetz and Steve Cortes.
He needs to be reminded that going RINO is going to have consequences that he won’t want to endure. The “folks” are becoming fed up with RINOs and will help take care of ANTIFA (if the police can’t) if he stands with them.
Music to my ears 😂
Vance talks a good game I’ll give him that.
He was a vicious anti-Trump guy in 2016.
He either had a come to Jesus moment or he’s full of it. who knows these days...
Perhaps Vance has since changed his opinion on Trump himself for other reasons, but that still doesn't make him a conservative.
We’ll only know once he’s elected.
I will say he has earned the trust of a lot of important people ... People who we tend to like (MTG/Gaetz, etc. and of course Trump).
So is he hoodwinking everyone? I don’t know

Who is the Grate One for?
Why don’t people like Mandel?
Vance reminds me so much of Crenshaw from Texas. Crenshaw turned out to be a backstabbing POS weasel. Don’t care what anybody says I just don’t like trust him, too much Trump hate rhetoric came out of his mouth in the beginning...reminds me of a milder version of Romney.
My hope is that Vance will be to Nationalism in the Senate what Paul has been to Liberty in the Senate.
However, I trust him about as much as I trusted Trump in 2016.
I hope I am as wrong about him as I was about Trump.
Maybe that is how you relate to his personality but if you have been paying attention to the policies he advocates, he couldn’t be more different than those guys.
He has said we shouldn’t be messing with Russia in Ukraine.
He said we should use tariffs like Trump did to bring manufacturing back.
He is big into self-sufficiency and generating what we need here (including nuclear power)
He publicly says that the 2020 election was stolen.
He is a big 1st amendment hawk and wants to break up the digital monopoly of big tech.
His main opponent, Josh Mandel, is backed by the Club for Growth who backs Crenshaw and Romney.
You can’t compare him to those two losers.
My question, too. What’s wrong with Josh Mandel?
