Three vulnerable Virginia Democrat incumbents are gearing up for likely difficult general election battles in November as they raise millions before their Republican opponents have been decided.
Democrat Reps. Elaine Luria, Abigail Spanberger, and Jennifer Wexton have all raised big campaign war chests to prepare for the November general election.

What do the prospects look like for the state house?
Are the Republicans going to “pounce” ?
They can gather all the money they want, but I don't think that will make a difference. All three of these socialist bitches embrace every single inflationary policy of the Biden administration. If that isn't enough, hit them on social issues like CRT, transgenders and grooming. Let's not forget their support for the invasion on our southern border. Keep it simple. Three issues. Hit them hard over and over again while destroying their characters.
House of Delegates is odd year elections like governor in Virginia. Republicans won control of that last year from the Democrats.
Spanberger was elected because of a 5 am ballot dump of 10k votes.
All republicans need to do is be very vigilent about the voting and spanberger will lose her seat.
Spanberger is CIA and had a magic jump drive that provided those votes.
Paging Dave Brat. Paging Dave Brat...
giggle...gasp... Wheeze ... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
that magic jump drive showed up in a number of democrat cities like detroit and philadelphia.
Really got around.
I don’t know if I will Republicans I would be acting as if the Democrats were gonna win by a landslide and fight as hard as I could.
My drunken, Dim rep, Gerry Connolly, has already started sending out “Protect Abortions” flyers. It’s pretty early, and although northern Virginia is psychotically blue, he must be a little worried to start doing campaigning now.
I thought virginia republicans were a bunch of pushover chumps after that 2020 election.
youngkin showed more of the right stuff
What got Virginia for Youngkin was poll watchers. There were more poll watchers this time than ever before. I hope Youngkin is telling this to all the Republican and conservative candidates, get the poll watchers out there. I will be volunteering this year myself.
Time to flip those districts.. and I’m seeing good polls for George Logan (the Republican candidate in Connecticut’s 5th district) against Hayes. (The district is majority White rural Litchfield County) but both are black. Logan was a great State Senator from Ansonia.
If they want to win I would lose the confidence. There is every indication that the left is about to go scorched earth.
Wexton is safe in her NOVA district barring a wave of epic proportions. VA-10 moved several points to the left over the past decade and is not the same composition as the district which liberal/moderate Republicans used to be able to win before the sewage from inside the beltway moved outside the beltway.
The other two radical leftist harpies may be in some trouble in November, though Spanbarger got some much-needed help from the redistricters and as the article noted they’ve all got TONS of money to throw around.
The likely GOP candidate against Luria is not impressive at all, but is *probably* better than the Democrat alternative.
