Kim Foxx, the Cook County prosecutor who nearly let disgraced actor Jussie Smollett walk scot-free, now says his criminal conviction and subsequent sentencing was an example of “mob justice.”
In early 2019, the Empire actor claimed he fell victim to a hate crime on a cold winter’s night in Chicago at the hands of two men who derided him with homophobic slurs while yelling “this is MAGA country” as they tied a noose around his neck. Many in the media took Smollett’s story at face value until evidence revealed that he had hired two brothers from Nigeria to stage the attack, supposedly in an effort to boost his salary on the show.

So in Chicago, the Prosecutor stands against trial by jury and sentencing by Judge.
Any white person in Chicago should either arm themselves and only do business in white neighborhoods...because they are going to get killed or sent before an kangaroo race court if they are perceived to have cross a line.
If I was a corporation, I would be looking for land in the south of the state or Iowa.

The case was brought by a special prosecutor, but is till within her jurisdiction. I think attacking this verdict is a pretty serious ethical breach. I doubt the Bar has the cajones to discipline her, though

“Mob justice” is what’s being done to those who are still in jail cells over a year after 1/6 in DC with no hearings or trials.

Jussie woke up in the Cook County Jail today, the Far Left is upset and I couldn’t be happier.
What Jussie got was the opposite of mob justice. He was indicted, meaning there was enough evidence to go to trial. He had a defense during the trial. He was found guilty of being a lying liar by a jury. His sentence was light compared to the gravity of the crime. Mob justice presumes guilt, skips a trial and goes straight to punishment.
Fox displayed favoritism by corruptly dropping the charges against Jussie undermining equal treatment under the law. His conviction makes her incompetence look even worse.
She’s gonna eff around and find out about mob justice.
WTH isn’t she in Prison? Let along still in her position of power.

Didn’t Obama coin the phrase “settled law”. If a court determined an outcome, isn’t it “settled”
Shut up and file an appeal if you feel the jury same to an incorrect unanimous Decesion.
The fact that she is a prosecutor is a disgrace to this country! She has the FACTS staring her straight in the face, and she still insists he is innocentshe clearly isnt fit for the job!.
A person like her becomes state attorney, that says a lot about our republic
