The Holodomor: Stalin’s Genocidal Famine that Starved Millions in the 1930s

By late 1933, the worst of the famine had run its course. There’s no definite estimate of how many people died. But most scholars agree that at least 2 million Ukrainians died of starvation between 1930 and 1933. However, during any famine, the number of people who die from starvation isn’t the best way to determine the total death toll. The stress of long-term hunger makes people more likely to develop deadly illnesses like typhus and cholera. These diseases were prevalent in Ukraine during the famine and killed millions of additional people.

Western countries have never used famine as a weapon now have they.A lot of people of Irish ancestry, might beg to differ. Britain still occupies part of Ireland.

In 1984, the liberals at PBS were upset because William F. Buckley forced the airing of this:

The leftists actually insisted on a panel to consider “bias”: https://www.nytimes.com/1986/09/24/movies/tv-reviews-firing-line-discussion-on-harvest-of-depression.html

I’m sure we will soon have a bunch of Russian apologists saying in turn:
1) It never happened
2) If it did happen in wasn’t Russia’s fault
3) Even if it was Russia’s fault it was deserved because the Ukrainians wanted to join NATO

The Ukraine should not have given up their nukes for useless promises. Too bad. America and its current condition cannot take on a major war. We are in a cold civil war here at home with the Biden Regime.

Did you know that the international communists who took over Russia, overwhelmingly were not ethnic Russians? They hated Russians, they hated Christians, they killed ethnic Russians without remorse.

Did you know that ethnic Russians fought fiercely against the Communists? You know there was a civil war? You think Russians are to blame for what communists did? They were victimized by communists in the millions.

Based on what I'm hearing today, I guess FDR should have attacked Stalin in 1933...

I should have also mentioned that anything from Wyatt Redd is factually suspect and stylistically half-assed...always.

Britain was insisting Ireland continue it’s exportation of cash crops even as the Irish were starving. So, yeah the potato famine was largely avoidable.

Uncle Sam has always left the Kurds high and dry. They were promised a country after ww1. The U.S backstabbed them after gw1, gw2 and again after Isis defeat. Moral of the story, is never trust lying double crossing U.S politicians for anything. Its all a game

Is this the same Stalin that invaded and annexed the Eastern 1/3 of Poland and called it “Ukraine”?

Why not give it back, and call it a day?
