Mighty God, Creator of the Cosmos, you have entrusted to us the care of this planet. Breathe your loving Spirit into the hearts and minds of us all. Instruct us in your ways. And most of all, enable us to establish justice and peace in our homes, our work sites, our nation, and this world. You alone are Lord. You alone are the Mighty One. You live and reign forever and ever. Amen.

How is your winter going? We’ve been above freezing for 3 weeks...and it’s now been snowing since about 6am. 8” plus as the snow continues.

I could see living in Alaska, mainly for what I perceive as the freedom, but NOT in Winter!...which I perceive as dark and frigid! Lived in Scotland for a while. During the winters the sun came up at about 9am, and it was pitch black at about 3pm. That was bad enough. Summers were OK though.
They were usually on a Wednesday.

I just got off the phone with the company IT guy. Since I’ve been back from the office I can’t get on my “work” computer, and I have LOTS of stuff I need to do. And you can’t send a ticket if you can’t get to your email. Fortunately, I had the phone number of one of the IT guys in my phone. Called it and finally got a number to leave a message. Shock!! I got a call back and I’m finally back on!

Yes indeed ...No US troops in the killing fields of Ukraine.....there's so many unknown fighters trooping over there, shooting at anything that moves, so nobody knows who the enemy is. It's a dangerous war for any troops to be there. Well we've had rain here this week and tomorrow will be in low 70's - warm cycle. But yesterday when I went to bed it was 13 degrees....go figure.
