Would people coming down from the Great White North to Florida or Caribbean during the Canadian winter be considered “climate migrants”?

I can absolutely relate to the fear these climate folks have. Last summer I seriously considered moving, as my house was unbearably hot even with the air conditioner running full blast.
Then I noticed that I had accidentally turned on the furnace instead of the AC. False alarm, I guess.

There are few if any climate migrants, and they certainly don’t have to go to Western Europe or America.
Isn’t it fascinating no one wants to help these migrants settle areas of Africa or South America.
