They will arrest a protester here and there. They have all weekend to clear the capitol area, Parliament won't meet until Monday to vote on the resolution.
By keeping the conflict and encounters low, they will boil the frog. They will avoid a significant confrontation.

They saw how much (false) leverage the American liberals got out of January 6th. They want to incite a similar circumstance so they too can forever keep power.
All they have to say is "Remember Ottawa???" and they will have the power to keep an already placid people down even farther.
