This is an object lesson for here in the U.S. and other western countries that have installed Leftist governments with permanent bureaucracies. They will not be removed from power without force. They will not peacefully relinquish power, they will never resign or allow a fair vote that removes them.
You have to remove them by force. If there is no willingness to use force to remove them, there will be simply, at the end of the day, acceptance of the chains they place on their population.
