A former girlfriend of Rep. Matt Gaetz was granted immunity before she testified last week in front of a federal grand jury hearing evidence in the sex-trafficking probe of the right-wing lawmaker, according to a new report.
Two sources familiar with the investigation told CBS News that the unidentified ex of Gaetz (R-Fla.) is seen as a potential key witness in the case, with one source alleging that she has information related to both trafficking and obstruction of justice claims against the congressman.

There have been other, since buried reports, from back before she actually was called in, that indicated the girlfriend might actually be a friendly witness, and had told others she had seen signs of entrapment of Gaetz. Sorry I don’t have one of those handy, but you’ll notice in all these articles about her now, none of them say that she has or they expect her to provide any evidence AGAINST Gaetz, only that she has evidence.
Oh yes. An ex-girlfriend should make a very credible witness. /s
So there’s an inference that he was associated with a woman before her 18th birthday.

OK well I would expect the FBI and DOJ to say this, even if the ONLY thing they were asking her about, was whether she had dinner with him on a certain date. Or talked to him on a certain date, or along that line. Because the NARRATIVE they are trying to create is that he is some kind of awful, guilty, pedophile.
So when they come out and say she got immunity, it looks bad for him. EVEN IF THERE IS NOTHING TO FIND.
Victims don’t need immunity deals to testify. So the deep state has her tits in a vice, which makes her testimony suspect.
MSM just keeps rehashing this story trying to make it stick.
Don’t worry, if nobody believes her, Gloria Allred will find 23 other women to come out of the woodwork and make similar allegations.
The two sources are the FBI. This is circular confirmation. The media cites unnamed source. Later the FBI makes the same claim. It sounds like two independent sources when there's only one source confirming their own claims. Round and round. The narrative/lie is set in the mind of the public. Guilty. No proof required.
Also, this is dragging out a long time which to me indicates they don't have proof so they're just trying to keep narrative/lie alive.

Well... they weren't exclusive and perhaps more importantly she was present at some of the parties Gaetz attended in the Bahamas.
